      WE ATTENDED THE FLUID POWER ASSOCIATION DINNER In 27 September 2013, we attended the Fluid Power Association Dinner organized for members as Hpkon Executive Board.

We attended the dinner organized as Bosphorus tour by Fluid Power Association. The participants were Hydraulics Pneumatic Congress Executive Board Members and MMO Managers.
Association Manager and our Congress Executive Board Member Abdullah PARLAR gave a speech on night. The Akder Management Board Chairman Fikret DALKIRAN briefed about activities of the association and welcomed the participants. Our Executive Board Member and CETOP‘s Chairman Ahmet SERDAROĞLU talked about his work.
Congress Executive Board Chairman Şemsettin IŞIL: Sector established its internal communication and for the first time introduced itself with scientific aspects to hydraulic and pneumatic users by International Hydraulic and Pneumatic Congress was held in 1999.
Between 3rd - 5th December in 1999, I. International Hydraulic and Pneumatic Congress was organized in Izmir - Efes Hotel Convention Center and other six congresses were organized in Izmir. To this day, 6 journals which contain total 213 papers, 6 meeting books about sector problems and, 6 catalogs published at Hydraulic and Pneumatic Congresses. At preparation phase of the congress, important technical publications and books were prepared and presented to users. From these ‘Hydraulic Circuit Elements and Practice Techniques‘ and ‘Pneumatic Circuit Elements and Practice Techniques‘ books are MMO‘s first of their kind in Turkey.
‘Compressed Air System‘ book and ‘Hydraulics Pneumatic Turkish/English/German Dictionary‘ were prepared during the congresses. Chairman ended his speech and invited the participants to the 7.Congress which will be organized in Istanbul.
Our Chamber General Secretary Ercüment CERVATOĞLU briefed about Chamber‘s accreditation in education. He stated that Akder and Istanbul Branch are needed to extend and provide educations across the country. After that Izmir Branch Chairman Mehmet ÖZSAKARYA and Branch Manager Turgay ŞIRVAN gave a speech about congress.
Hydraulic and pneumatic sector representatives watched introductory video of congress. Introductory documents were given to participants.

VII. National Hydraulic and Pneumatic Congress and Exhibition with International Participants

Military Museum and Cultural Sites Harbiye/Istanbul
7th National Hydraulic and Pneumatic Congress and Exhibition‘s 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 7th Executive Committee Meetings were held in MMO Istanbul Branch, 6th Meeting was held in MMO Istanbul Branch.
Since 1999, Chamber of Mechanical Engineers Izmir Branch was organized the National Hydraulic and Pneumatic Congress and Exhibition on behalf of Chamber of Mechanical Engineers. Our branch organized 7th Congress. Congress and Exhibition‘s 1st Executive Board Meeting was held on 12th January 2013, 2nd Executive Board Meeting was held on 23rd February 2013, 3rd Executive Board Meeting was held on 30th March 2013, 4th Executive Board Meeting was held on 27th April 2013, 5th Executive Board Meeting was held on 25th May 2013, 6th Executive Board Meeting was held on 29th June 2013 and 7th Executive Board Meeting was held on 28th September 2013 at MMO Istanbul Branch. In the meetings, international participation and using the ‘HPKON‘ phrase was decided for the first time. The congress will be held in Military Museum and Cultural Sites Harbiye in 22-25 October 2014.
In Executive Board Meetings; the purpose of congress and exhibition, aim, exhibition topics, main titles of announcement topics, announcement calendar, conditions of participation, wages of delegates, advisors board, congress posters, and brochures were created. Congress introductory video was filmed by Izmir Branch.
We attended the dinner organized as Bosphorus tour by Fluid Power Association. The participants were Hydraulics Pneumatic Congress Executive Board Members and MMO Managers. Our MMO Managers and Congress High Commission Members briefed about congress. We made a presentation about congress and showed an introductory video to the Akder members who are mostly Members of Advisory Board.
Congress web sites and social media accounts were created and presented. Our Executive Board is working about courses, panel, round table, and conversation topics. VII. NATIONAL HYDRAULIC and PNEUMATIC CONGRESS and EXHIBITION`S EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING WAS DONE 7th National Hydraulic and Pneumatic Congress and Exhibition‘s 1st Executive Board Meeting was held in MMO Istanbul Branch.

Since 1999, Chamber of Mechanical Engineers Izmir Branch was organized the National Hydraulic and Pneumatic Congress and Exhibition on behalf of Chamber of Mechanical Engineers. Our branch organized 7th Congress. Congress and Exhibition‘s 1st Organization Board Meeting was held in Istanbul in 1st December 2012.
At Organizing Board Meeting of National Hydraulic and Pneumatic Congress and Exhibition that were coordinated by deputy chairman of chamber Yunus Yener, Istanbul Branch Chairman Zeki Arslan thanked to especially Izmir Branch and who contribute our branch‘s six most successful congress and exhibition and who will support the congress in future. As the first topic, brief information has given and continued with other daily topics.
Executive Board was authorized for deciding the purpose and scope of the congress, determination of the Congress Advisors Board, institutions and organizations to support the congress, Advisory Board and congress organization meeting calendars, and congress‘ budget.
Yunus YENER, N.Cenk CİHANGİR, Osman SERTER, and Turgay ŞİRVAN were authorized for organizing Congress Executive Board.
Istanbul Chamber Technical Officer Machinery engineer Nilgün Ilik EREN and Istanbul Chamber Technical Officer Aerospace Engineer Özgür ARSLAN were nominated for Congress Secretary and were submitted to the approval of the Board of Directors.

One of the Hydraulic and Pneumatic sectors leading organizations; National Hydraulic and Pneumatic Congress will be better at sharing, discussing new technologies, and data with your contributions.
Our executive board foresees that former papers can be improved to serve better right along with the new ones. Also practical applications, courses, seminars and workshops will take place congress. Thus leading to congress book and other congress publications to become gradually expanding and renewing guidebook.
